Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-30.

1. The service

"The Service" refers to a personal Telegram-based publishing assistant operated by the developer on behalf of a single creator — the owner of the Threads account @i.am.nikolai.iarina. The Service generates short text drafts, presents them for manual approval, and on approval publishes them to the creator's Threads account via the official Meta Threads Graph API.

2. Who may use it

The Service is intended for, and accessible only to, a single human operator. A Telegram bot ACL middleware silently rejects any user other than the operator's hard-coded Telegram user_id. There is no public sign-up. Attempting to interact with the bot from any other Telegram account has no effect.

3. Acceptable use by the operator

The operator agrees to use the Service only to publish content that complies with:

The Service does not perform any automated mass-follow, mass-like, comment automation, or scraping of third-party content. Publishing is rate-limited and triggered only by an explicit manual approval click.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is", without any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or specific outcomes. Generated drafts are suggestions only; the operator is solely responsible for what he chooses to approve and publish.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Service, including but not limited to: lost reach on Threads, reputational impact of published posts, suspension or restriction of the operator's Threads account, or downtime of third-party APIs (Telegram, Anthropic, Meta).

6. Operator's right to stop

The operator may at any time request that the Service stop publishing on his behalf and that all locally-stored data be deleted. Such a request takes effect within 24 hours.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on Telegram Bot API, Anthropic Claude API, and Meta Threads Graph API. Continued operation of the Service depends on continued availability and Terms of those services. If any of them suspends, throttles, or revokes access, the affected functionality will degrade gracefully (e.g., the bot will fall back to showing the approved text for manual copy-paste rather than auto-publishing).

8. Changes

If these Terms change materially, the new version will replace this page and the "Last updated" date will change.
